Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Items that are customized, clearance items, gift cards, or products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes after they are placed. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
